Just want to vent my frustration! [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

I get AA and it's capped preflop. Then I flop a set and it's a threeway pot. I'm in EP and go for a checkraise. It's checked through. There is some betting on the turn and the river. And some guy has a straight... [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]
Pot: 19BB

The very next hand...
I get AA again [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] flop comes only slightly coordinated. I bet out and is called. Turn comes A! Wow, a set again!
I bet and is called. River comes a T making a straight possible. I check and the same guy as in the last hand bets. I call. AND OF COURSE THE MUTHAF@£$"% SHOWS A STRAIGHT AGAIN!
Pot: 20BB

What's the odds!? AAA cracked by straight twice in a row by the same guy!

Wow, you said that it was capped PF in hand one. In fact, you put in the only raise. That makes going for a check-raise even more absurd on the flop.

Seriously guys, did I make any more mistakes?
The obvious mistake was of course the missed flop bet on the first hand.
Should I have 3-bet the river on the second hand?
Anything else?

I'd cap the flop hand #2.
