Re: Delicate bubble spot
I would have to call as you are getting 2.4/1 odds. If you are playing at a $10/1 table, get ready for the rest of the bunch to start calling you an idiot.

Re: Delicate bubble spot
Question: At what point is the all in's stack where you would fold with any 2 cards instead of call?

Re: Delicate bubble spot
Definite fold. While the pot odds are attractive, win probablity is too small to risk going on the bubble in case of a loss.

Win probability has nothing to do with this decision here. Hell if I had K8o, I'd still fold. Hero still has a good amount of FE if he folds, and will be in position to steal blinds the next two or three orbits, than to take a chance on a coinflip that will for sure leave you crippled if you lose. I'd probably have to have a top 10% of hands to call this. It's not just about the cards folks. |

Re: Delicate bubble spot
My instinct is to fold. I used to always call but I've changed my philosophies in these situations. I don't know if I'm right though. |

Re: Delicate bubble spot
So the consensus is my stack size doesn't alter a standard call?

So the consensus is my stack size doesn't alter a standard call? [/ QUOTE ] Everyone's stack size alter's a standard call. I fold this hand and push the next (probably next two hands) with any 2. This changes if I don't believe the big stack will allow me to be first to act in either of the next two hands. |
