HH - Two significant hands.
Here are two hands from a recent Party Poker 20+2 Tournament.
The villain is the same in both these hands, and had been limping into the pot a lot. It seemed to be costing him a lot, but he kept catching something right when he needed it and doubling up again. Hand One: I probably should have put him all in on the flop, but I don't think it would have made a difference. I was prepared to fold if he pushed back but he didn't. Should I just have min-bet here and not put in anymore when he called? Re: HH - Two significant hands.
With him limping a lot, the first hand is an obvious push for you. He surely would fold to this action as a LAGgy-type player. He must have figured you on the drawing type hand and with a good pair, he was in it till the end since you hadn't applied pressure.
Second hand is more difficult and I will leave it for better players than I am. |
