You both played it well in my opinion. Easy call since you are ahead of his overpair with your monster draw.

What if you think he might have AA?

it doesnt really matter if he has AA. an overpair is an overpair... no matter what it is.
When the A hit, it gives 2-4 a straight and AA only trip aces.

The only time it really becomes worrysome is if they hit a set on the flop... they could fill up on you even if you make your straight or flush, unless, of course, its the straight flush

AA removes outs though.

Exactly. An overpair is an overpair, doesn't matter which one it is. And it is very unlikely that he has a set here since he raised preflop, although it is possible, of course. Even if he has top set with the heart (which is worst case scenario, pretty much) you have enough equity to call.

Holdem Hi: 990 enumerated boards containing 7d 5h 3h
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
4h 2h 393 39.70 588 59.39 9 0.91 0.402
7s 7h 588 59.39 393 39.70 9 0.91 0.598

And if he only has an overpair (much more likely) then you are golden (even if his AA removes two of your outs).

Holdem Hi: 990 enumerated boards containing 7d 5h 3h
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
4h 2h 449 45.35 532 53.74 9 0.91 0.458
As Ah 532 53.74 449 45.35 9 0.91 0.542

You wouldn't call getting 30:1 odds?

if i was getting those kind of pot odds, yes. implied odds, no. i think theres better hands to call with, for example, 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Even then, id probably not call, and wait for a hand that can make more straights, so 65s and up.
But like i said in my other post, i imagine its not a big deal either way, calling or folding.

lol you suckout
i dont like the pf call, but im guessing thats why you put "why not..." and given stack sizes, i dont think its that big of a deal
so once you get there, go for it. youre looking very good vs any overpair exept AA, and even against AA i think the dead money makes up for it (for the all in call).
The only hand youre really worried about is two bigger hearts.
