Ethics/Floor Ruling Question re: underage players

with all these kids asking if they can play underage in a casino, lets say you were at a table with someone who looks very young and you lose a big pot to them. If you asked the floor to card them and they were underage, do you get your share of the pot back?

If they are not underage, do you get your ass kicked?

It's not up to other players to determine if a kid is underage. I guess you could theoretically ask the floor to card someone, but that seems pretty lame. And you would never get your money back. Either they would cash it out or the casino would just take it.

If the floor is doding their job they were carded before they were seated in the game. The casino has an obligation to keep minors off the premises. As in all cases anyone that asks the floor to kill the best hand so they can win with a lesser hand needs to play elsewhere.

That doesn't answer the question. Was just wondering if their money would come out of the pot. From other threads, it appears that it depends on teh casino. If you were at turning stone, teh kid would apparently get the pot and be able to cash out before getting booted.

I was playing against a kid who looked to be all of 15. He sucked out on my KK with a 59o. I just smiled and knew I'd make it all back as he was playing every hand. Doesn't matter how old they are, just how badly they play.

There's no way you should get your money back. Also, you'd be a real dick for asking just 'cause you lost a pot to the kid.

Which brings up another question....when one pulls out his gat at the table does one hold it sideways, or normally?
