My new B&M showdown style

If you haven't seen the commercials on ESPN for TILT, you might not get this, but it is so sweet I had to post.

From now on, when I play live poker and have to show my hand at the end, I am doing it Matador-style. This is so awesome.

Imagine moving all in with the nuts on the river. Your opponent calls.

In the past, I would just flip my cards over onto the table.

No more. Now, I do it Matador-style.

For those of you who haven't seen this, imagine the cards sitting on the table in front of me. I grab the edge of the cards closest to me. Then I slowly tilt the cards up like so:

(me -- ) (me / ) (me | )

until my opponent can see them. AWESOME!

I predict this will be commonplace at casinos in the not-too-distant future.

I do this all the time, and I know you are probably joking, but I am not.

This owns even more when you call your opponent and they lift them up like "I HAVE YOU OWNED, SEE!!!" and you do it right back at them and show them who really got owned! [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Let me know if you can pull this off without getting punched in the face. I saw the commericial and that part really annoyed me.

I don't watch much tv, are you picking up the edge closest to you and then tilting it so that the face of the card is to him and your fingers are at the bottom?
