Define PUSH?
I'm a relatively new reader here and a brand-new poster. I've played limit for like 6 months with success. Started playing more NL in the last two months with much more success, particularly in $5+.5 SNGs at UB. I love the advice on this board and it's made a noticeable difference in my SNG stats. Anyway, there's just one thing that I'm not real clear on - I am probably doing it but just don't know the term for it...
Can somebody tell me what it means to PUSH? How is this different from a standard raise? My feeling from reading is that it's a larger-than-the-pot bet. Is that right? Thanks guys/gals and hopefully you'll be seeing more of me around here, -wadea |
