Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (3 handed) converter
SB (t2560) Hero (t5970) Button (t1470) Preflop: Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Button raises to t1470 (All-In), SB raises to t2560 (All-In), Hero...? Both of these guys have been playing tight, even three way. I put the first pusher on any pair, A7-AK, and KQ (this might be a little too tight, but not by much). The second guy I'd eliminate the worst aces, but is otherwise the same. Worst case scenario: one of them has an overpair, I'm about 18% to win. Second worst: They have four overcards between them. We're each about 33% to win. Second best: Three overcards between them, I'm 46%. Unlikely scenario: Two overcards between them, I'm 64%. Of course, if I beat only one of them I'm still in good shape. I thought it was an easy call at the time, but I wanted to see what you EV experts thought, because I'm too ignorant to calculate it myself. |
