Default Anybody else with persistent Crypto login problems?.

None of the skins can make a connection. Message is something to do with firewall and gives a retry/exit option.(my firewall is ok, and it worked before the daylight savings time change).

Tried reinstalling software, no luck. Suggestions?.

If none of your skins are working you account MIGHT be locked. That happened to me. Give them a call. Not a big deal probebly . . .unless you are using the same Neteller for 2 different people (such as your wife).

The problem is NOT login access. The clients cannot even connect to the crypto servers. I don't even get a chance to try to login. (I only use my name, by the way).

Called one of them up, and my account access is ok, not blocked or anything. They muttered some babble about firewall and windows and something. I didn't understand anything, because they did not say anything coherent, and decide to stop wasting international call charges.

I'm surprised that the problems popped after the daylight savings change AND their server crash, but obviously the problem is on my end of things, as many other users can login.

I can also login into the casino, but can't play, luckily I can withdraw balances from the casino...

It's be a pity to lose the monthly bonuses, though.

I'm still awaiting for someone that had the same problem to give me a hand.

TIA.

I'm having no trouble logging in. I did have a problem
like this with another site.
I dumped all of my temp files, cookies and anything else
I could think of. Then I restarted my puter this worked.
as a last resort you might try a system restore if you Xp.
good luck!

Tried the system restore several times to further and further back dates, and still no connection. I can connect to the associated crypto casinos, but can't sit at any play tables either. I've decided to cashout everywhere (except pokerplex and Classic that have no associated casinos).

There's something wrong with my computer files somewhere.

Any further suggestions welcome.

Default Having the same problem

Started for me last night. I played fine on Carribean Sun two days ago, but yesterday and today, I cannot connect to any of the Crypto servers. This is happening on the same PC, but I've tried at home and at work on two different networks. I've yet to try any troubleshooting as I was hoping it was a server issue.
