I can't find a reason for raising the turn here. What am I missing?

If I'm seeing the river, I want to fold out the button who may or may not have me dominated. [/ QUOTE ] True, but why do you want to see the river so bad? Any read on the BB? He called 2 preflop so I'd have to think it's very likely he already has you beat. If he does, you have at most 6 outs and you may be drawing dead. If you had a spade, it would be a better play but you don't. |

Re: AQo meets resistance. Misplaced agression?
I don't really have a big need to get to that river. I mean, it's possible you have the BB beat and he's just betting out because everyone checked the flop, but I think that it would be very hard to determine how often that happens very often given the preflop action and board.

Re: AQo meets resistance. Misplaced agression?
You're only folding AK here. I don't see him folding overpairs to your raise. If he's folding here, I'd think it would be more because of the BB waking up than anything.
With the BB suddenly waking up and the button behind you who probably has you beat, and a small/medium pot (you are getting 5.75 to 1) I don't feel very comfortable right here. I would tend to fold here because of the pot size and you don't know what the guy behind you is going to do. |

What's your read on him?
I've seen players check through overpairs on monotone boards looking for a safe turn card. Clearly not the correct decision but one that I've seen before. |

Re: AQo meets resistance. Misplaced agression?
I check fold the flop, but I'm a little weaky when I have about a 7% chance of winning the hand.
