Default Party upgrade and hand histories

Looks like the update to the party client and empire client now stores your hand histories in a dated folder under your party directory. No need to request hand histories anymore. Hope pokertracker can change to handle the difference in the format soon.. Stuck with requesting via email until then.

Not really, see here. . Looks like there's not enough information to be of any use to PokerTracker.

Sponger, you really have to be in there raising that 85o. That's a golden hand. You would have won and what would have been is all that matters.

It is slightly different from email. The final board is missing, the 5 card hand for each player at showdown is missing, rake taken from the pot is missing, probably something else. All that should be fixable by Pat.

This is what "TexasHoldMe" said on the PokerTracker forum, don't know whether its true or not:

After looking at some hands it looks like those files will not help us. They are carbon copies of the HHF files that Pat already stated did not have enough information to put into PT.

Looks like we just have to deal with a bunch more button pressings when getting emails.

holy Fing hell!! party actually actually comes up with a useful update??

course now this makes it even easier for all those 3rd party software people, that were farming hand histories in order to have thier "get stats on anyone!!!" crap.

I think a better update would be to only allow you to request hand histories of the games you actually played in, but be able to request like a thousand at a time.
