approx. how many hands do you get in an hr. at teh WSOP final event - rough average over 7 days, not counting the time they stop it to do friggen interviews
I would EXPECT about 30 hands/hr - but being NL and somewhat more high profile, would probably not be surprised if it took a bit more time per hand. ty RB |

Over the 5 days I played and kept track, we averaged 11 hands per hour.

No wonder people play marginal hands, you'd kill yourself from boredom.

yeah, just like an online tourney....except for the fact you start out with 200 times the BB!

blinds start at 10/20 on Stars..
The blinds go up more quickly as a percentage of your beginning stack on Stars as compared to the Series. If my flyer is correct, blinds at level 11 for the main event were 600/1200. Level 11 for the Sunday tourney on Stars is also 600/1200. After level 11, the Stars tourney passes the Series in terms of size of the blinds. Also, the levels at the Series main event are more than an hour long - they were at least 1 hr 40 min, and were supposed to be 2 hr I think. |
