I think this is pretty routine. Comments or suggestions?

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. MP2 posts a blind of $1.
UTG raises, 1 fold, Hero 3-bets, 7 folds, UTG calls.

Flop: (8.50 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (5.25 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero calls.

River: (7.25 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets, UTG calls.

Final Pot: 9.25 BB

Seems reasonable. Would you also call down (ignoring the river check in this instance) with QQ on an AJx or Axx flop?

If he says to raise anywhere along the line in a hand like this, then yes. (I haven't read his book, but from what I hear there's also probably plenty more in it you should be ignoring.)

Calling down makes the most when you're ahead, and loses the least when you're behind, assuming you're going to showdown.

If you raise him, he might not even call with his jack. You want him to bet the jack the whole way..
