Default AKo Too Aggressive?

BB is loose and fishy.

Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (7 handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, <font color="CC3333">CO raises</font>, Button folds, <font color="CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, BB calls, CO calls.

Flop: (9 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="blue">(3 players)</font>
<font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="CC3333">BB raises</font>, CO folds, <font color="CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, BB calls.

Turn: (7.50 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
<font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="CC3333">BB raises</font>, <font color="CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, BB calls.

River: (13.50 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
<font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="CC3333">BB raises</font>, <font color="CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, BB calls.

Final Pot: 19.50 BB

At what point would you slow down here, if at all?

Thanks
Shaun

i slow down to drag the pot and stack the chips. If you lose to 22, 88 or Kx house then so be it, but i think it was played with the right amount of aggression; you'll see KQ/KJ/KT shown here more often than a ragged boat.

BB is loose and fishy.

I think you made the right plays regardless, but particularly if you have a good read on a loose fishy BB.

Did you put the CO on a steal?

He is correct in raising whether CO was stealing or not.

Unless you put him on AA/KK.

Thanks for the responses.

I wanted to see what everyone else would have done and it looks like I was not far off.

BTW, BB turned over the 22 to show me the canoe (technically a boat, but is prone to tipping over).

Thanks
Shaun

I think you played it fine. There's nothing at all that would've slowed me down on this hand.
