back to the B & M . . . 30-60 question.
After 3 months of nothing but staring at the PP screen and playing terrible over the last 2 weeks, back to the casino for the TSP . . .
30-60, 8 handed. I've played a few rounds, about even. won a couple small ones, lost a couple medium ones, nothing too exciting. I'm on the button. UTG is loose-tricky type, limps. early player (EP) limps, don't have a great read on EP, appears to be no big threat. solid middle position player (MP) calls, I raise, SB folds, BB calls, everyone else calls. 5 see the flop for 2 bets. flop is 2 4 5, rainbow. BB checks, UTG checks, EP bets, MP folds, I three bet, BB folds, UTG calls, EP caps, I call, UTG thinks and folds. 2 see the turn. turn is a 3. EP checks and looks somewhat disgusted. I bet, EP calls. river is a 2, pairing the board. EP checks. Your Move? Results later. TSP |

somehow forgot to mention this. sorry! [/ QUOTE ] Oh, well then bet. You will get paid off by a lot of hands worse than yours here. If you really read his body language as "oh man, I flopped a set and he made a straight on the turn" then perhaps you would check, but you have to be extremely confident in your read for that to be correct. This seems a lot less likely though, as he probably puts you on a big pocket pair, and would not have been too afraid of the turn making you a straight, as you do not have to have aces. Hence, he probably would have led the turn. |
