Question about Absolute ??

I am looking to take advantage of the 35% deposit bonus they have going on. When I checked the "terms and conditions" on their web-site it talks about deposit + bonus money having to stay in the account for 30 days after the bonus has been cleared before it can be withdrawn. It specifically says that this restriction applies to deposits and bonuses earned prior to June 14,2004.

My question is whether this restriction is currently applicable as well. I checked with customer service but got the standard vague responce without any further clarification.

Anyone have any insight ?? MicroBob ??

i am guessing you are looking at some old portion of their website that hasn't been updated (or maybe you went to their website previously and it you are going back to an old page by revisiting because of some cookie-something-or-other and it wasnt updated).


anyway...this is the OLD way that they USED to do it. they don't do it that way anymore.

the bonus is cleared just like paradise.

you have to wait 48 hours after you deposit before you are allowed to cash-out....after that their cash-outs are really quick. you are allowed to cash-out before you even play 1 hand of the bonus.

definitely take advantage of the July 1st-deposit offer.

You know bob, I dunno if I would go off telling people to play at absolute.

I deposited 100 bucks there a couple days ago and it took me almost a week, today actually to clear the bonus. I actually ended up down 50.00 by the time I cleared the bonus.

The site, and the bonus kinda suck in my opinion.

eh...the site has a lack of games at most limts..but i have done well at the 1-2 to 3-6...most of the base of players there are pretty shitty in my eyes, just wait it out and u will do well..

yeah...i'm in wait-and-see mode myself regarding absolute. i'm hardly convinced it will be worth the effort....but i'm not convinced yet that it WON'T be worth the effort either.

i've found some soft games there in my breif tours.
right now i'm just building up the bonus-dollars via their various re-loads.
if they actually get anything really good going on the games i'll be ready.
but even if they stay as they are i feel comfortable spending some of my time there to clear off a few bonus dollars.
now....over 800 bonus-dollars (which is what i have now) might be another story...but we'll see.


the problems with absolute are that they sometimes don't have many games going and for many people the software can be a bit of a resource-hog...especially if you are playing 3 tables.

but if your computer can handle it AND you are able to clear the bonus during the 'better' hours (evenings and weekends) then it might be worth it.


the point is....it certainly doesn't hurt to just trade money in and out of there while accumulating bonus-dollars (and extremely valuable neteller points too).

I played 1/2 limit holdem. The problem, is that there are hardly any games going. You really only have a few tables of each limit going so table section kinda sucks.

Also, there are a few fish there, but a lot of decent players as well. I dunno I just did not like it at all. The software seemed slow and bulky plus the graphics were poor. Furthermore, the bonus is tough to clear compared to party/empire's policy.

There are still fish but the quality of play has definately improved in the last couple of months. Zoo bonus whores can do that to any of the smaller sites.

The software IS on the slow side and the graphics flat out suck.

All bonuses are tough to clear compared to Party/Empire(although those have tightened up lately too). Compared to everyone else they're right in line.
