Poker servers? Laws in North America
I wasn't really sure where to post this, but does anyone know the laws for location of casino servers. Seems all the poker servers are over seas, leading me to believe they are illegal to run from the States. But, what about Canada and Mexico? Any ideas on their laws and does anyone know any specific servers that are based in either of those countries? Thanks to anyone that can help with some info or links to sites that can answer the question.

I doubt it, it's illegal here also, exect if it's based in an Indien reserve like the KGC is. -Happy |

Yup, Party is based on an Indian reserve, IIRC.

God bless the indians. [/ QUOTE ] Amen to that Alobar. I don't know the history of Canada and their treatment of the Indians, but I think they should get all they can down here in the states. |

Party, Stars, UB, and Paradise - all have their servers in Canada, inside Indian territory near Montreal.
