Did I mess this hand up?
Party 100 NL Ten handed
Hero is UTG+1 A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Action is hero limps, MP2 limps, CO limps, sb completes and BB checks. No reads at this point, im brand new to table. Flop comes A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] sb bets out 3, I raise to 10 and MP2 calls and CO folds. Turn card is 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] sb checks, I move both sb and MP2 in for 60 bucks, but I felt that this was wrong to do as I couldn't really put MP2 or sb on a hand that I could beat that could also call this bet. Opinions? |

Re: Did I mess this hand up?
If I'm new to a table I don't limp ATo in EP. Other than that, the turn is fine. Pot size bet is not leaving them much on the river, so it's likely you're ahead. You're not going to check and if you let's say, bet 2/3 of the pot you're commited to it anyways, so if they outflopped you, then so be it.

Re: Did I mess this hand up?
I'm either folding or raising that preflop in your position. Without a good read on the table, or the right table image for myself, I'd be folding preflop.
Nice flop play. Hate the turn play. Pot is $35, both have $60 left. Lower two pairs are going to go all the way with you anyway. But, you should lose lone aces with that push. I'm value betting there for about $25-$30. Get the rest in on the river for whoevers left. |
