Yes. Cards speak. Deciding whether or not to speak up depending on the players involved is on shaky ethical ground. I speak up any time the dealer makes a mistake. I expect the same in return from the other players in the game, and I usually get it.

speak up since the cards are tabled.
if, for some reason, you saw the K7 but the player did not table, then you should not speak. |

yeah i mean even if you're not really concerned with any ethical issues, you want the bad player to win all the pots that he can when not against you.
