Very unhappy with Royal Vegas
I have been trying to withdraw my money from their site for a couple days now. When i first signed up on their site I recieved an E-Mail requesting a photo copy of my drivers liscence credit card and a utility bill. I have since sent a scanned copy of each in scanner file format and, when told it could not be opened faxed the same documents. Still I am not able to with draw, I am done with this site and just want to get my money out. My question is this, do all the poker sites require such identification? When i played on party they did not request anything like this? Help me!!!

the site is a piece of [censored]. i was there for a while to clear some pathetic bonus and then i got out and vowed never to return. i suggest you do the same.

I never had to go through faxing utility bills and ID when I signed up, seems weird...
anyway, yeah Royal Vegas is garbage |

All Prima sites are basicly garbage. Always check to see if the site you are signing up at is part of the "Prima" network if it is stay away. They are famous for not letting players cash out their winnings.

I've never played Royal Vegas before, however, last year I played alot at TGC (prima skin) for 6 months, & never had a problem withdrawing funds.
Currently, I'm experiencing a problem withdrawing some funds from Betholdem (another Prima skin). I attempted my first withdrawal, & they're saying I haven't cleared some $30 bonus from the sports book (huh? i never signed up, or dl'ed any sports book stuff) or whatever, & I have to clear it first or cancel it. I've emailed them three times (over two days), saying just cancel it & give me my money, & they have not/will not respond. I've played many sites, & never had a problem before, but Betholdem will not return my emails, & no one answers the phone when I call their support number. |
