Crucial's website is great for finding out exactly what type of RAM you need if you're unsure, but Newegg and Zipzoomfly are usually cheaper.

I've decided that I want this http://www.crucial.com/store/MPartspecs....;WSPN=CT363126#
I tried to find it on newegg but I can't. What's the products name? |

I recently purchased a 512mb card at newegg.com and am totally satisfied.

I'll toss a vote in for crucial as well. The time or two that the chip needed replacement, it was a painless cross-ship.

my vote goes to crucial also. also make sure you realize that cheaper ram often means worse quality, but to be honest i've never had ram flake out on me.

Definitely Crucial if you need DDR. If you need RDRAM, you need to look elsewhere.
