Assuming you don't have a read on either player, I don't see any option but a fold on the turn.

With flush draw+gutshot straight draw, I like to lead this flop for a PSB.
As it stands... UTG isnt really slowing down with the flush on board, and neither is SB... probably gotta fold it. |
