QQ in first hand at table vs. 2 smallish stacks
Party 2/4 6-max, I sat down as the BB from the previous hand was collecting $6 as the table folded to him. I've never seen either villain before and the only people I do have previous reads on all folded preflop. My only other "read" is my prejudiced opinion that people who sit with short stacks in this game suck at poker. I have Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in the BB.
Shorty ($85) limps UTG, UTG+1 folds, Mediumy ($185) limps in CO, button folds, SB folds, I make it $20 straight from the BB and both people call. Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($62) I bet $50, Shorty pushes for $65 total, Mediumy minraises to $115 (over half his remaining stack). I'd probably push Mediumy allin, more a feeling. Don't think either of them has got a KK or AA since they didn't raise PF. One likely has a flushdraw, and the other maybe a set or overpair (99-JJ). If someone has got a set it's Shorty, I guess.
