AP SH
I think it's spewing to call this river? It's a pretty grotty heart, and I don't see anyone playing without a heart here. Comments? Was I asking for it being too aggressive on the flop/turn to such a dangerous board? Should I just call down?

Don't raise PF, fold river [/ QUOTE ] This I like. I also like calling the flop raise and donking the turn, then getting to showdown if raised here as an anti-freecard play. |

Re: AP SH
The table was pretty loose, other tables I'd been on longer had people over 80VPIP, but I was newish to this one.
I figured the PFR was probably +EV, but maybe I shoulda limped. I think I was over-valuing the flsuh draw cards with such a weak heart against so many opponents. I shoulda been c/c on the Turn and River. I just didn't want to let them draw out on me if they had a single heart/nothing. Results: I was ahead till the River. CO takes pot with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] The other guy didn't show. jd |

Re: AP SH
Any reads on your opponents?
BB has me concerned in this hand. He's been calling all along and I don't think he's folding to CO's river raise. I think we can drop our hand on the river. |

Re: AP SH
I don't like getting re-raised on the flop by the CO, smells of a big ace as well. He just calls the turn then wakes up when the jack hits. I wouldn't be surprised to see AxTh here.

I think that a river fold is the right call. The fact that CO just called your 3bet leads me to believe that he was still drawing, and that last heart probably made his hand. |

Re: AP SH
IMO the CO has a good chance of just havin Ax on the flop. This hands really sucks and getting these 4 flush boards with crap in my hand really makes me mad but you have to call down. I can not tell you how many times I get this same scenario and the moron is raise with A2o. Remember, lot of players playing against us dont think, especially at .10/.20.

I wouldn't raise this preflop, and I would definitly fold the river. They clearly are not afraid of the ace. |

Re: AP SH
Hell, I don't even complete with this preflop. Weak unsuited Aces make great second-best hands for me
Not to mention the lack of a second chance at a decent top pair. |
