no. I've seen a 20k stack at 10/20 which then turned into a 40k stack at 50/100 off minbuyin at 10/20 which is $400

Someone did a post a while ago about this with screenshots of his spreadsheet. Basically it had tables of winrate, SD and number of hands and provided the confidence interval that your actual winrate > 0. The definitive answer is in there...anyone have the link?

I think that was me.... and I think this is the post you are refering to. That might give you some data to base an estimate on.
I think the question fim is asking is slightly different though... I haven't really got time to think it through right now, but maybe when I have a coffee later I will come up with a sensible figure... |
