That you must.

Is there any way to directly see an accounting of how many "raked" hands that Party has counted for you in a given day?

The Player's club point tally reflects it indirectly, but playing varying limits makes it an indeterminate calculation to back out the number.

I played 788 hands yesterday at .50/1.00. This should be enough for 250 raked hands, right? Is there somewhere I can see how many raked hands I played, because it won't let me sign up for the tournament.

<EDIT> Nevermind, I logged out and back in and it finally worked.

I see Party is looking after it's European players again. It's only about 4 or 5am our time.

They even start their big weekend tournaments about 3-4am Euro time. Where's the middle ground here?

Party has to cater to its largest markets.

You mean Americans? If it takes 5 hours until it finishes, that will be 4am ET!

The same with the $200k Saturday tournament, that starts at 10pm ET. Who does that cater for? Certainly not Euro players or even East Coast americans unless they like to go to bed at 4am.

i agree that a greater variety of start-times should be considered by party for tournaments.

But it's obvious when the most players are on.

I play some of the single-table satellites for the cruise and Aussie Millions for example...and overnight (eastern-time U.S.) it is pretty impossible just to get ONE table going.

Obviously they are setting these up at the peak-hours.

No...of course players don't conciously want to stay up until 4am...but I think they are purposefully starting these when Americans on both coasts are likely to be able to register.
The key is to get them at the START of the tourney...obviously if they never sign-up in the first place then it doesn't matter what they think of staying up until 4am.

I wish there were more big tourneys at different hours... but there ARE other tourneys to be had out there around the clock...and I understand Party's reasoning for wanting to get the most players for the biggest tourneys.
