Re: FYP?
Fixed Your Post
Used when someone modifies someone else's quoted post in a reply. Sometimes used when a poster is legitimately correcting an error noticed in someone else's post, but more often used jokingly/sarcastically after changing the meaning of the original post. For example, if the original post were "You should always fold here" and someone disagreed, they might do this: [ QUOTE ] You should never fold here [/ QUOTE ] FYP |

Re: FYP?
[ QUOTE ]
Hardly ever used when a poster is legitimately correcting an error noticed in someone else's post. Almost always used jokingly/sarcastically after changing the meaning of the original post. [/ QUOTE ] FYP! (Sorry, couldn't resist!! ) Sheriff |
