Re: Standard or weak?
Well i'm not too sure what a min-raise means in 2-4 online but i'm guessing they aren't typically idiots at that level.
Seems standard. |

[/ QUOTE ] Yes its a donk move, however I rarely see it used aside from when said donk is holding AA, KK, QQ or AKs. |

Re: Standard or weak?
If youre only going to raise 3x BB and only play JJ for set value at this limit youre going to get pushed around a lot I think. check/calling or bet/folding here on this flop with all unders has to be be more EV than check/folding

I don't have many hands at this level and haven't done any datamining so I've been tending towards the conservative side against total unknowns. |

Re: Standard or weak?
are you not leading on that flop because you are assuming player has bigger PP?
This seems pretty weak to me. Can someone please explain more in depth. Are you making that assumption when you call his minraise PF? if so then are you just hoping to flop a set and folding otherwise? I understand that the minraise is often used to reopen the betting when you have a hand you are willing to go all-in with, but it seems that at this point, without a good read on the player. Anyone? |

Re: Standard or weak?
Hrm... this is a good point.
I think leading this flop for about $30 is the best course of action. |

I think leading this flop for about $30 is the best course of action. [/ QUOTE ] This will result in villian coming over the top whether he has you beat or not. If you're going to lead the flop, you need to bet 2/3 to pot here. I would need a read that villian could reraise without AA-QQ in order to lead this flop. Without a read I like check/fold. JMO |

Re: Standard or weak?
My apologies - you're absolutely correct. I didn't realize there were three people in this pot. I lead it for about $45.
