Default avaters

I know this has probably been posted before. I tried a search and after about 10 pages still had nothing. So how exactly do you get an avater. I read the part in the FAQ but that did not help. Do you have to have a website?

I've been ignoring you, ThinMan, and I thought I'd check just to see whether your post was either helpful or funny and if you could fulfil one of these criteria then I remove you from my ignore list, leaving it empty.

No such luck.

Over/under on when posters will stop being so petty that they no longer need to tell others they're being "ignored".

BTW, if you constantly respond to somebody, you're obviously not ignoring them.

Maybe he likes responding to the dude he's ignoring. Of course it does seem kind of silly but maybe there's like a strategy behind it. Anyway, pettiness is awfully entertaining for some of us with limited intelligence.

(by the way I like Spaminator's choice of blue. It's pretty.)

I might screw with you sometimes but:

a) ThinMan just did that and he's lame and
b) I like to think your screen name was inspired by me.

So, click My Home, click Edit next to the Personal Information section, scroll down to where it says Avatar and enter the URL of the avatar you want to use. If the avatar is on your hard disk, go to an image hosting site (like www.imageshack.us) to upload it to the internet so you can enter that URL.

Voila.

I'd be very impressed by this guy if I were to see an avatar within an hour of you posting these guidelines.
