Default Probably a Little Proof that PE Is Banned

I ran a little experiment. I hadn't been warned by Party or Empire yet so I opened poker edge, didn't play at all, and didn't open poker tracker. within minutes I got e-mails from both about having prohibited software. so there's some proof that it's at least PE

From EP's T&C, it's clear that PE is illegal:

[ QUOTE ]
6. Artificial Intelligence.
We are committed to detecting and preventing software programs which are designed to enable artificial intelligence (non-human) to play on our site. Such programs are often designed to send information about cards, dice or players to an external program. Information sent to an outside program is not permitted. The company will take measures to prevent and detect the use of such programs using methods including but not limited to screen scraping or reading the list of currently running programs on a player's computer.

Does anyone else have worries about PT's new SQL type database setting this off? I know my firewall picks up internet usage when I open the database, could Party see that and mistake it for something like PE?

I think it's useful that this was made into its own thread.

Why ban him? He's taking the extra time to figure out what's going on with the e-mails, PT, and PE and everything else. We should be happy he is doing this.

No no no.
I think this is a legitimate point.

Actually, I think we should all be banned as many of us have posted similar ideas in different threads before. Everytime I have stopped in an idiot-thread to explain why I think Party is not rigged or that party .5/1 is still beatable or that the Stars bonus is, in fact, worthwhile, I have been cluttering the forums with repeat information that could easily be found before.

In fact, I am doing that again right now as I have previously commented on the fact that I often-times have repeated information I have already posted.
Just the number of Tunica threads in the B&M forum I have responded to should be cause for banning me.

Should I notify the moderator of this post first? If I offer to get myself banned will that get the ball rolling?

Ban everyone!!!
