I don't think you can, just go netteller --> checking --> emigrant

You can, however, go:

Neteller -> INGDirect -> Bank account.

I did it a couple weeks ago and it worked beautifully.

how? i dont see any transfer info for ED. i imagine i have to send an email to them?
