I got lost, then got help, then . . .?
Flop call? 4th Street now what? Looking back its easy for me to play this, but "in the heat of battle" I think I really screwed the pooch!
SB has shown down some really weak hands, and has played fairly loose. Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. UTG calls, 3 folds, SB completes, Hero checks. I don't know about everybody else, but I'm tossing this on the flop in a pot this small.

Re: I got lost, then got help, then . . .?
Yeah, like I said looking back it was easy (looking at the pot size), but these are the hands where I seem to get into trouble. If I had realized the pot size it would have been obvious. And, yes I did suck out. . . but not the J. Runner runner Q. I suck!
Thanks again. |

You actually thought that catching your queen was enough to call the turn? Wow.

No I dont know. This is what im saying. Looking back it was easy to see it was wrong. Didn't you see the I suck at the end. I'm just trying to learn. I felt I played poorly during the whole session, but got lucky.

Yeah, you don't have the odds to continue on the flop.

Re: I got lost, then got help, then . . .?
I still have my training wheels. Realize I am extremely new to the SSHE world. I started at UB, with no understanded of calling, raising standards. Why is this a raise preflop?

Re: I got lost, then got help, then . . .?
Against a limper and SB completer I will raise any two suited cards over ten in this situation, absent a read that the limper is extremely loose or passive. In this case, if you'd raised you could bet out the flop, putting UTG on the spot with his ace-weak kicker, or even more with his king-rag.
