Middle pair, OESD just after bubble
$5 UB MTT, just made the cash 2 hands ago. Table has been laying down to steals and raises for a while.
BB t1200, ante ?. BB's stack is 16K, mine 21K. I've picked his blinds a couple of times and he's yet to defend. Folded to me in CO w/ J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. I raise to t4000. 2 folds, BB calls. Flop 89T rainbow, one [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. BB bets t6100. What's the play? I assume I'm not getting him to drop here, so does the loss of FE make this a clear fold? |

Re: Middle pair, OESD just after bubble
you've got 4k invested in the hand, how big are other peoples stacks? i'm assuming since you've got about 15BB you're mid-small?
choice is yours, i would fold this one and pick another spot. i'm thinking he's got overpair like queens or AT and you're drawing to your Q, 7, J, or 9. |
