I mostly 4table and I have previously never made any adjustment when I loose 100bb, which typically happens to me about once every 15k hands. Now I'm considering dropping down to 2tables when it happens to makes sure there is no leaks in my game. If I drop down to 2tables when do I move back to 4?

Actually that number only applies at 30/60 and up.
OP never stated the limits he plays. |

You guys are all correct. On page 145 of Mason's book, the last step of his formula for 30/60 & higher games subtracts 22.582 from 158.35. However, he adds that if the average IQ of your opponents is under 75 or if Baron Von Toth is in the game, then you should subtract 18.9 instead, giving you 139.45
