Cashout from Empire
A friend of mine cashed out 10k after the chaos ensued. 7500 of it was properly completed but 2500 wasn't. He emailed them and recieved this reply:

They gave me the same line when I talked to them on the phone about at least 1 of my cashouts.

It just hit my account now though, so about 10 hours ahead of their projection.
