Villain is weak tightish over 80 or so hands. No solid reads on river play with such a small sample size. He hasn't done anything extraordinary one way or the other so far.

You are sunk on the river. Nice hand, but that is the way it goes. Calling the river raise is almost surely -EV but call it if it gives you peace of mind. When you think about river raises, you have to figure out if the villian wants you to call or not. Given the strength that you have shown in this hand, he almost certainly wants you to call him. This will just about never be a bluff.
