Crypto bug - reenter password
Hi all,
I'm trying to update my details on both InterPoker and PokerPlex, and it keeps saying 'reenter password' when ever i try to submit them (obviously im entering the correct password). I tried emailing customer support a few times and they were not helpful at all. Anyone seen this problem and know how to get around it? Punter |

Did you uninstalled the software? If you did, then you have to "activate" your account again, re enter your info and then log in. I lost money over that crap... Interpoker gave me $20 for a survey, plus another $20 if i played one hand. So, i go to download it again and i cant log in. Called support and they tell me to make a new account because i havent deposited and they cant get my password and they didnt tell me to re activate. So... that sucked..

Im refering to changing your details (e.g. phone number) in the cashier section of the software. Regardless, reinstalls don't seem to help.
