I guess I will start with what I am concerned about...

My VPIP from the SB is high

My WTSD% is high and my W$SD% is low.

My Aggression numbers are high, and my folded to river bet % is low.

Are you cold calling from the SB a lot? Your folded SB to steal seems way high for a 1/3 structure..

[/ QUOTE ]I don't think I am ever cold calling from the SB, I usually raise or fold from there.
edit: that is, when there is a raise in front of me.

FWIW, I'm something like 21VPIP in this game and my VPIPfSB is definitely under 25.

Correction for my previous post, I'm actually about 26 VPIPfSB. I'm obviously a LAG, who knew?

1. too tight in big blind.
2. IMO too agg on flop but some win with this style. Most would agree too agg on turn I think.

VPIP in the SB is high for 3/6. You are defending your SB against a steal raise too much. I think this number should be 85+.

You don't defend your BB enough. My fold BB to steal raise is 50, but I think I'm too loose. I believe it should be around 55. Bear in mind that you want to defend with high cards, but you also want to defend with smaller hands that have more than one way to win like 86s is fine against a typical steal.

My aggression numbers are similar to yours, and my win rate is excellent over 60K hands of mostly 5/10, so I believe it's possible to make that much aggression work (though I'm sure I've been running good too). I've been trying to tone it down a bit, pick better spots for debatable/marginal turn raises, something to think about. Also raising the flop with just overcards, I went through a phase where I was doing it without considering the alternatives, which are often better. That could be part of your high flop aggression. SSH has a good chapter on overcards.

My folded to river bet/went to showdown/won $ at showdown is similar to yours too. I'm trying to limit how much I pay off, maybe you should too. But those numbers are as much influenced by our high aggression as they are by how often we pay off.
