while I'm a big fan of a lot of the bands mentioned, and the albums truly are great, Ten has got to be the best. I just wrote about a paragraph trying to prove this, and you just have to listen to it...Garden and Release are two of my favorites that should definitely be checked out if you don't know them...

when 10 came out it blew me away, however it never held up as well as other albums of its era as i grew tired of eddie vedder's voice.
i dont know, 10 was good for like 5 years, but now has fallen to mediocre on my list. definately an important album in its own right though, just as nirvana's nevermind or radiohead's ok computer. its influence is expansive. |
