Default Poker in Montana

Anyone have info on the live poker games in SE Montana.
I am particularly interested in Games in Billings but also, if by some miracle someone here has actually played in Miles City, Colstrip or Broadus Montana.
I am looking for opinions on places people like to play, and why, what games and limits are played and how the games are (tight loose or whatever).

just a thought but maybe you could PM Ray Zee. I'm sure he can do more than point in the right direction.

Ray Z plays in the Kalispell area, but not sure he can address the SE corner of the state.

I think pokerpages.com has a listing of active cardrooms in every state...can't vouch for how easy they are to play - RB

doc and eddies is the place in billings. other small towns have occasional some small games that are raked high. miles city has games and good ones during rodeo and cow auctions.
all games are in bars and just call any bar in a town and someone can tell you if there is a game there. colstip and broadus are worse than being in jail you will see.

Thanks for the info!

Any idea what limits they play at Doc & Eddie's

As for Broadus and Colstrip, I live in between them and go there when it's time to go to a "Big" town for a movie or fast food.

I've only been in jail once, briefly, and I seem to remember jail smelling slightly worse than Colstrip. I think there were more people in the jail than in Colstrip and Broadus combined too.

Anyway, Thanks Again for the info.

I'm gonna check back with you in late August, Ray...

I'll be coming back home to visit the dad, bro, grandma (Bill Fish's ex wife) - and it'd be cool to join you guys for a game if you're still playing at the Sportmans in Columbia Falls - (at least, I think that's where Grandpa Bill used to play)
