How long has the R&R HOF been around that some of these aren't in already, and how the [censored] is Miles "rock" (Miles rules, but like... wtf?)

Paul/George/Ringo were probably too busy in years 1-2 to be bothered. |

I'm not very fluent in the rules for being inducted but I think the rule is that 25 years after the first album, the artist becomes eligible. So it appears some of these guys have been waiting a couple years, at least.
It certainly doesn't sound like it's going to be a great show. |

davis, sabbath, skynyrd, sex pistols...each pioneers of their genres. blondie should be in...but is out classed big time here.
