Default 10% of Phil Ivey

Boy I tell you whoever won that tournament on Full Tilt to get 10% of Phil Ivey must be really happy right about now. By the way, is it 10% of what he's done in the WSOP or just this event? I can't believe that I didn't do that tourney. I signed up for Full Tilt too late and wasn't able to register for the tourney on time. Oh well. Maybe next year. Go Phil!

Yes, tourney winner got 10%, each other player at the final table got 1%.

Full tilt uses 9 person tables so we're talking 18% total.

I wish we could ferret the guy out....

I guess he probably doesn't post here, but then again, I'd be crapping cement right now.

Maybe he doesn't want to "jinx" it.

I play at FTP but this was a few weeks ago, it's gone, and I didn't pay attention.

I've wondered the same, where does the money come from, it's not like Phil Ivey needs the backers.

So whomever got 10% is garanteed at least 30,000 at this point. Not a bad deal at all. How many people entered this tourney anyways ?

Ok, you guys want the skinny on this mystery man? We were down to about 15 or so and I was an average stack, as was he. He'd been stealing a bit and I saw him win an all in A9 soooted to AK not 5 minutes prior. He was two off the button and brought it in for the standard 3xBB which was 1/4 of both our stacks. I get 99 and push just trying to take the pot down. Guy insta calls with Q-10 off and rivers a Q. So yeah, he doesn't post here and I doubt he has ever even played before let alone picked up a Slansky book.... So in short he had a monster stack after that and sucked his way through the rest of the field 33 cracks KK etc. Everyone on the final table got %1 and he got $15K plus %10.... So he's pretty much a shoe in for $100K, I love poker.
