Is this a form of tilt?
I've had a great day of small stakes NL. I played about 1000 hands between my two sessions earlier today, and have stacked up over 6 buy-ins. The tables were juicy, I ran well, I played well, and everything fell into place. I went out and ran a couple errands, ate dinner, and came back feeling good. I figured why not cap it off with a late night 1-2 hour session.
I went through my typical pre-poker routine, and all the sudden I really don't know if I want to play. I know the game is definitely +EV, and I have a good chance to make some more money. But I really don't know how I will feel if I drop 3 buy-ins and go to bed with that on my mind. I'm properly rolled for the game, but for whatever reason I'm feeling very results-oriented at the moment. Should I probably call it a night? Does anyone else ever feel like this after a good day at the tables? |

Re: Is this a form of tilt?
It's only tilt if you start playing.
Never play when you don't feel like playing. |
