AQ, small blind £10+1 - I played this wrong, didn\'t I
Hi,
No detailed reads as I'm new to the table. All the pots I saw had been stolen uncontested. I've been trying to get more aggressive and get my chips in when ahead, even if its close, rather than waiting for a monster. 41 players left, I'm in about 20th position, top 20 pay ... Seat 1: hero (4788.80 in chips) Seat 3: BigBlind (6645 in chips) Seat 4: Player1 (2665 in chips) Seat 6: Villain1 (10607.50 in chips) Seat 7: Player2 (4155 in chips) Seat 8: Player3 (3772.50 in chips) Seat 9: Villain2 (11275.50 in chips) Seat 10: Player4 (2605 in chips) hero: posts the ante 25 BigBlind: posts the ante 25 Player1: posts the ante 25 Villain1: posts the ante 25 Player2: posts the ante 25 Player3: posts the ante 25 Villain2: posts the ante 25 Player4: posts the ante 25 bojk1: posts small blind 150 BigBlind: posts big blind 300 ----- HOLE CARDS ----- dealt to hero [Qc Ah] Player1: folds Villain1: raises to 600 Player2: folds Player3: folds Villain2: calls 600 Player4: folds hero ??? I guess I can call, min-reraise or push. If I call and hit the flop I'm pretty much going to go bust if I'm beat. I pushed, trying to setup a reputation as someone who defends their blinds. How bad is this? bookish |

Nothing bad at all there, I'd push also.
