Thought they were supposed to pay out on this, did they just decide to keep the money?

I inquired about it on Nov. 3rd and this is what they said.

[/ QUOTE ] According to their cancellation policy I am expecting a small portion of the prize pool since I still had 2140 in chips and freerolls don't appear to be excluded. Although their 2nd reply seems to leave it somewhat ambiguous as to payout. |

Yep, still waiting as well. I got a '24 hours' email several days ago too and nothing yet.
3 and a half hours of my time wasted, I had better get at least an equal split of the prize pool and should get the amount as per my chip stack which was double average. Party customer support up to its usual cracking standard. |

The last reply I got from them, on Friday at 23:00, said:
"Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the earlier reply. Due to some technical difficulties the $20,000 free roll tournament with the tournament id 504005 was cancelled. The refunds for the said tournament are in process and will be done with in the next 24 hours. We appreciate your co-operation and patience in this regard." I shall throw a fit if they attempt not to pay anyone for this. I was quite irritated when it was cancelled, as I was doing well and had double the average chip stack. |
