Default partypoker stopping opening of multiple accounts on skins?

I just opened a pokernow account yesterday, after having only party for a long time and today I tried to open one at multipoker, and it wouldn't let me, with the message 'multipoker shares tables with other pokerrooms, and we have detected you already have an account...'

So did they put an end to this or not?

I don't think you were ever "allowed" to do this, but there are ways to open multiple accounts.

You were allowed to early on, I'm not sure when they changed it.

Opening the second account on another computer seems to be the easiest to me.

I think they changed this around Dec 03 or Jan 04. I opened my Empire acct right before the change so I'm pretty sure this is correct.

No, like a year ago you were allowed to.

Hi PinkBunny,

Before you create your new account, do the following.

Run regedit

delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE:SOFTWARE:Calculator (just the calculator folder)

You will have no problems creating a new account after this. Party knows I have accounts at every skin and they don't seem to mind.

I'm actually having similar problems to pink's right now. I have a party account, and I'm trying to sign up at Empire and Eurobet. I did the regedit fix, and it didn't work ("blah blah you have multiple accounts"). I tried reinstalling, it didn't work. I tried new email addresses, account names, and so on. And it still didn't work. Anyone have any thoughts on what might be wrong still?

Make sure you delete the UCID key, not set the value to null. Also, try uninstalling Party as well as the regedit before signing up.
