Parmesan Cheese
I bought some parmesan cheese yesterday. The guy behind the counter asked how much I wanted, so I said about a half a pound. It came out to $9.67 for about .60 lb. Thought that was kind of expensive, but it was really good.....
Ever buy any really expensive cheese?

I kind of have an addiction for good cheese. it's an expensive habit.
at the cheese stores near me (Cambridge, MA), a really nice Parmagiano Reggiano is about $20/lb. Ancient Gouda (my favorite) is about $14/lb, and really nice blue's (like Great Hill) cost around $20/lb. cheese is expensive, but can be a great/unique treat to bring to dinner parties.
