Default Running poorly, concept check!

I'm in the midst of a 100+ swing in the last 10k hands. I just feel like I'm playing poorly. No convertor since its more a concept.

Hero in the SB has JTo

3 loose donks limp, I complete, BB checks.

Flop comes QT6 - I check, checked to button donk (61/16/.71) who bets. I raise, correct? If it gets heads-up I check/call my way to showdown?

100bb swing? Man you will make that back in one hour.
Bet the flop.

If it were 100 in a few days I'd be fine with it most likely. I feel like I'm getting put agains the grindstone though.

I like the checkraise, Too many hands will peel if you bet the flop and your hand is vulnerable

Most hands w/o a Q are making a mistake calling your bet in this small pot. T w/ a lower kicker are making a mistake calling this pot. A check raise does what? Make it more wrong for them to call? And u risk it getting checked around as well. Sounds like a good plan. By leading out, gutshots, bottom pair and mid pair lower kicker are not getting the odds they need (bottom pair probably has the implied odds maybe as they would need to make up at least 1,5bbs on the turn.).

This is a pretty easy flop bet.

I think the other aspect to this play that people aren't explaining is that it gives you the option to fold. We have MP on a coordinated board in a multiway pot. This isn't a monster, and I think betting gives us no information and usually commits us to betting the turn.

Those of you who are saying "BET," what's the turn plan when everybody calls on the flop?

100 big bet downswings are absurdly common in short-handed, so you'll need to get used to the feeling. Bet the flop.

How much of a downswing starts to become uncommon in short-handed? Just want to prepare myself...
