Best casino in Niagara Falls
I am looking for a good casino in Niagara Falls to play some low limit Hold’em and spend a couple of nights. I will be taking my wife so it would be nice if they have some other entertainment as well. Do you know any good casino packages for a two-day stay?
PS. This is for our anniversary so the other entertainment part is kind of important. |

The Niagara Fallsview Casino has a nice hotel - I don't think there is a hotel at Casino Niagara - and the Seneca Niagara Casino hotel isn't finished yet. So that leaves you at Fallsview - but the hotels are basically all within walking distance of one another - so you can stay at any of them. You will pay premium $$$ for a room with an unobstructed view of the falls - be prepared for that. Also make sure to check the maps of where the hotels are - You will hear several terms used Fallsview - means just that At The Falls - nowhere near the falls Near The Falls - maybe you can see some of the At The Falls hotels Niagara Falls - St. Catherines (exaggeration, but you get the point) now - on to the important stuff - if you really want to make your lady happy, you will follow my advice and don't question it. Do you have a car? If not, rent one. You want to take the Niagara Parkway drive out to Niagara On The Lake. Once there, you will want to spend some time strolling the main street - it is a historical village filled with many "cute" stores - she will love it. Also - make sure to go to at least one of the wineries - my favorites are Inniskillin and Jackson Triggs For more info, go to http://www.niagaraonthelake.com/ |

Technically Casino Niagara does not have a hotel but the Sheraton and Brock Plaza (?) are close enough that they might as well be part of the casino.

[/ QUOTE ] My GF and I stayed at the Sheraton 2 summers ago and it was relatively inexpensive on a weekend for a cityview room. For a good meal, may I recommend Twenty One at the Casino Niagara. Excellent food, great atmosphere. |

Brock rooms suck. Lobby, etc is nice but rooms are tiny and shabby.

Re: Best casino in Niagara Falls
You want 3 diffrent things but here is a quick breakdown:
Fallsview - has a hotel, "decent" enetertainment, but they only offer mid/hilimit action, they offer a shuttle to Casino Niagara Casino Niagara- a pit IMHO, but low limit action, loose players Seneca [my choice] low limit games [2/4,3/6,4/8 and 1/2 NL] and a nice place, dealers know what there doing etc, there ar ehotels near by and if your American you dont have to change your money. Also a lower rake. Overall however its the Canada side thats got all the tourist traps the American side of the falls is a dump except for the casino and the hotel. |
