[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I fold. [/ QUOTE ] Me too, and I don't think twice about it. [/ QUOTE ] Agreed [/ QUOTE ] Me too. It's not so much the cost of 1 SB (though they add up), it's the likelihood of catching something that sucks you along that you can't let go. I mean it would be nice to see a K-10-3 flop, or would it??? Are you going to call two betters or a raise after the flop?? I started looking at the SB alot differently when I imagined what kind of likely (not perfect) flop would make me comfortable mutli-way, and found that with hands like this there are not too many, but lots that could drag me on for a merry old ride.... It's a bit like playing A4os..... It sucks if you don't get an ace, and it sucks more if you do. Let it go pre-flop. |

Raise with the intention of flopping quads.

Re: Simple Pre-flop Question
Benman,
Essentially, getting 9-1 I am completing anything suited, Ax, Kx, Q7+, J8+, any non-suited two gapper above 2. Yeah, basically everything but 27, 38, etc. K6o is an easy call, IMO. ___1___ |
